Prices
Prices on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£) include VAT. All prices listed on the website are for one item unless otherwise stated. My Beau and Bear reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Products
Products are subject to availability and stock numbers change regularly. We cannot guarantee products out of stock will be restocked as we rely on our own supplier’s stock.
Purchases
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.
Delivery Prices
Our delivery charges vary according to size and weight of your goods. These will change to match the delivery charges set out by the Post Office.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express.
Payment Process
When an order is placed with My Beau and Bear we will debit your account of the full amount and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. If for any reason the product purchase becomes out of stock a refund will be made to your account.
Damages
If your items have arrived but are damaged or there are items missing please contact us at info@mybeauandbear.co.uk include photographs and details of damages and we will reply with what action to take.
Returns
The purchaser is responsible for the return postage, items are required to be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the condition it was supplied. All returns require a returns reference number, please contact us with the details of the return and we will supply you with a reference number.

You may receive emails from My Beau and Bear regarding promotions and new products.
Right to change and modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these pages periodically.
