Delivery Prices
Our delivery charges vary according to size and weight of your goods. These will change to match the delivery charges set out by the Post Office and any other delivery couriers we use including Evri and DPD.

Packaging

We will endeavor to reuse any cardboard boxes we have available whether that be deliveries to ourselves or packaging stock if they are in a good quality condition. All parcels will be packaged suitably, in a box or envelope with protective roll if required. If the product is a gift and you inform us of this during checkout parcels will not be sent using recycled cardboard boxes. We have chosen to do this to cut down on the amount of cardboard being thrown away as we have regular supplier deliveries ourselves.
We will try to remove all information including names of suppliers, product labels etc from boxes but some may slip through.

Returns
​
The purchaser is responsible for the return postage, items are required to be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the condition it was supplied. All returns require a returns reference number, please contact us with the details of the return and we will supply you with a reference number.
Damages
If your items have arrived but are damaged or there are items missing please contact us at info@mybeauandbear.co.uk include photographs and details of damages and we will reply with what action to take.
